As the FP&A Analyst, you are part of the Regional Finance Team that supports the business finance operation in the Asia Pacific Region.

About You
Under the supervision of the FP&A Manager APAC, the FP&A Analyst is primarily responsible for the centralized financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processes for Asia Pacific region.

The core focus of the role is to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consolidation of financial data, providing timely and standardized reports to senior corporate and regional management. and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making at the regional level.

What You'll Be Doing
Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the accurate and timely completion of the forecasting and planning cycles
  • Perform variance analysis of actual results vs plan, prior year and prior forecast by customer, application, product line to understand drivers and trends
  • Assess risks and opportunities and highlight them to senior management
  • Prepare annual plan (AOP)
  • Support FBPs to prepare the templates (e.g. book of business) in the price negotiation cycle
  • Prepare financial data/analysis to support regular business reviews and management presentations. Develop high-level presentations and supporting documents
  • Perform regional business analysis work to support other functions (sales, marketing, technical service, HR etc.) and various requests from global finance team
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication with other areas of business
  • Continuously drive process efficiency improvements by leveraging systems/tools and automating tasks
  • Maintain SAP master data and other related systems
  • Ad-hoc analysis as deemed necessary by senior management and business partner.

What You'll Have
Professional experience (5-7 years) in financial planning and analysis

Excellent analytical skills

  • Perform high quality analysis enabling to understand the drivers of the company performance
  • Be quick and agile in analyzing the numbers
  • Ability to have a high level view of the business while knowing the details behind
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
  • Knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
