Role Overview
The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager in Learning & Development National will play a critical role in designing, developing and delivering learning and talent development initiatives that align with the Firm's strategic priorities. This role focuses on overseeing national China/Asia Pacific programs, managing program and campus operations, and delivering exceptional learning experiences while driving excellence and innovation.
The candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional organization and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience managing large-scale learning operations in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in corporate universities, campus operations, or hospitability management are well-suited for this role. Additionally, expertise in leveraging digital tools, learning platforms, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools) is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning learning and development initiatives with business goals and talent priorities.
Develop and deliver innovative solutions that empower talents to grow professionally and advance their careers.
Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices to ensure programs relevant and impactful.
Learning Solution Design and Delivery
Design and develop scalable learning and development solutions, including program architecture, content, delivery methods, communication plan, operations and evaluation frameworks.
Incorporate technology and data-driven insights to enhance program design, effectiveness, and learner engagement.
Develop and execute communication plans to build awareness, generate excitement, and foster commitment among learners for program participation.
Leverage digital platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and emerging tools (e.g., AI-based learning solutions) to create engaging, innovative, and impactful programs.
Program and Campus Operations Management
Lead end-to-end management of learning programs, including planning, implementation, and post-program evaluation.
Develop and manage implementation plans for learning solutions, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution.
Track and manage the progress of solution deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Oversee campus operations, ensuring seamless facility management, scheduling, and logistics to create an optimal learner experience.
Drive program deployment, including materials preparation, facilitator and guest speaker identification and coordination, logistics, and evaluation processes.
Ensure operational excellence by managing budgets, resources, and quality standards for programs and campus activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality, consistent learning experiences.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
Build strong relationships with business leaders, HRBPs, and subject matter experts to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Partner with external consultants, universities, and coaches to co-create customized learning solutions.
Manage vendor relationship to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with organizational standards
Driving Excellence and Innovation
Leverage evaluation, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to assess program effectiveness and ensure alignment with evolving business and talent needs.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the impact, scalability, and sustainability of learning programs and campus operations.
Drive the integration of cutting-edge digital tools and technologies to deliver data-driven insights, optimize operational processes, and create a seamless and engaging learner experience.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by proactively addressing emerging business challenges and workforce development priorities.

Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Training and Development or a related field.
8+ years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or related fields, preferably in a large or MNC organization. Experience in corporate universities, campus operations, or hospitability management is a plus.
Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end learning solutions tailored to business and talent needs.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in the full lifecycle of talent or learning and development process in sizable organization.
Proven ability to interpret business and talent development needs and translate these into coherent, impactful programs of work.
Solid experience in learning solution design and implementation, with a passion for creating innovative and engaging programs.

Excellence facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and impactful programs.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, along with experience in leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) tools and other digital learning technologies.

Strong research, project management and organizational skills to transfer into learning solutions and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Willing to travel as required to support program design, implementation and delivery.
