We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter with early to mid-stage startup experience to join our growing team This role will report directly to a Co-Founder, work closely with company leadership, be responsible for driving the most complex and critical full-cycle recruiting across the business (including executive search), while also mentoring and coaching junior recruiting team members to foster team growth.

- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions (including executive roles) across multiple business functions, including Product Management, Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Design/Research, Marketing, Communications, Creative Production, Legal, Content Editorial, HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting leads in the US and Canada to develop effective hiring strategies that meet the team's ongoing growth needs.
- Mentor and support junior members of the recruiting team.
- Continuously review, reflect on, and optimize recruiting and interview processes to ensure efficient use of team time without sacrificing quality.
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with progressively increasing responsibility for complex role types.
- Preference for experience recruiting in high-growth startups, particularly within Product Management, Product Design, or Business Operations domains.
- A proven track record of success in fast-paced, results-driven, and high-expectation environments.
- Holds an undergraduate or graduate degree in a rigorous discipline.
