该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities: Strong connection in luxury networks Independently in new prospects seeking and deals negotiation to achieve leasing tasks

Operation experience is required including but not limited in supervising tenants design and fit out/ Monitoring arrears/ Liaise with other Depts in order to provide high quality operation and services Cooperation with other departments to ensure portfolio team work fully delivered Prepare budgeting and rental forecast Supervise SPO, PO, APO on their daily tasks Requirements: BA degree, 6yr min. working experience in Leasing & Mgt, has experience in luxury leasing

Fluent in English, both written and oral

Presentable as a professional leasing person Customer / tenant oriented and with a service mindset

Proactive and confident, good at negotiation Construction or Design degree is a plus A good team player, wiling to grow up to a potential team leader

Equipped with Windows, Word, Excel, ppt skills
