  • Deploy talent acquisition plan and direct labor required plan, maintain or develop internal and external channels to support business needs in timely and efficient way
  • Follow the company's hiring policies, tools and processes in place to make sure 100% implementation and compliance as well as improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Responsible for recruiting suitable candidates for company projects in a short period of time. Required Skills:
  • Over 5 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Skilled in interview techniques and talent evaluation methods.
  • Familiar with the whole recruitment process and all kinds of recruitment channels.
  • English can be used as a working language.
  • With headhunter experience is a plus. Remark: The salary structure for this position consists of a base salary plus a recruitment bonus. The contract duration for this position is 4 to 6 months.
