About The Job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen within the Food & Beverage Division in Shenzhen, Bazaar Assistant Manager - ADD is responsible for overseeing daily operation and functions by providing leadership and overall supervision while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction and operating in the established budgets and goals. Bazaar Assistant Manager - ADD reports to the Bazaar Operation Manager.

As Bazaar Assistant Manager - ADD, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supervise and participate in running an efficient and profitable operation in the areas for which you are responsible. Liaise with your manager to actively encourage a professional and dedicated team
  • Understand guests' needs and deliver excellent service and professional recommendation
  • The ability to coordinate the development, interpretation and implementation of hotel policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations

As Bazaar Assistant Manager - ADD, we expect from you:

  • Minimum 1 years' relevant working experience in similar capacity
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin and English
