Proactively identify and assist in troubleshooting technical issues affecting users in one of the many regions worldwide to ensure user experience. Work hand in hand with the product team to participate in discussions and design sessions for new product requirements, ensuring that technical services align with product plans.
About you: Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-level system operations, with hands-on expertise in areas such as Event Management, CRM, Electronic Signature Systems, Business Process Management, and WeChat/WeCom integration. Proven experience working in agile and DevOps environments, collaborating with product and infrastructure teams to enhance product quality through effective support and continuous improvement. Experience in global, cross-functional collaboration across multiple time zones is highly desirable. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferred.
