d.on development and deployment plan to follow vehicle timeline e.Support manage feature build up, implementation, change requests, testing and end-to-end process clarification f.Responsible for vehicle and backend integration (end-to-end, include testing) g.ooperate and coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure function related surrender systems (Recall, system42 usw…) h.Understand, evaluate and implement specific CHN function process and technical concept to fulfill the local homologation requirements, epically software update management systems i.Support to define VWA specific Grey Service function business and technical process according to established DLCM (digital life cycle management) j.Set up testing team and make knowhow transfer to ensure performing of function testing tasks, Maintain test specifications (test cases, etc.) based on market specific product request and global standard, Establish and Manage testing error fixing process with support from develop and testing team in China and Germany" Require a.University degree in engineering/IT, e.g. computer science or equivalent working experience b.Minimum 5 years of working experience at least in automotive industry including supplier industry. c.Comprehensive expertise in coordinating/developing/testing connected car services, experience with Grey Service development and testing is considered a plus d.Working experience in VW Group or VW Group suppliers e.Project management knowledge (time management / planning / monitoring). f.Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in all relevant EE related disciplines in theory and exercise. g.Good team player and communication skills. h.Familiar with CAN, Ethernet, vehicle BUS communication knowledge. i.Strong knowhow about vehicle Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and vehicle architecture, CAN signals, CANoe simulation, Ethernet, MQTT j.Strong knowhow about Backend integration and testing (API testing) k.Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory. l.German is appreciated." 任务 a.理解功能技术概念(Q-LAH)及车载/车外架构,在利益相关方支持下负责需求分析、设计开发需求文档编制,协同团队完善技术规范。 b.定义并分析中国市场特定的技术与法律要求,协调各方利益相关者依据市场定制化产品需求及全球标准评估中国市场技术规范,制定实施与部署计划 c.满足网络安全要求,涉及灰度服务功能(网络安全管理体系)
d.制定符合车辆开发周期的部署计划 e.支持功能构建、实施、变更请求、测试及端到端流程确认 f.负责车辆与后端系统集成(含端到端测试) g.协同各方利益相关者确保召回系统、系统42等相关功能交付 h.理解、评估并实施特定中国功能流程与技术方案,满足本地认证要求,尤其软件更新管理系统 i.依据既定DLCM(数字生命周期管理)框架,协助定义大众汽车集团专属灰服务功能的业务与技术流程 j.组建测试团队并实施技术知识转移,确保功能测试任务的执行;根据市场特定产品需求及全球标准维护测试规范(测试用例等);在中国和德国开发及测试团队的支持下建立并管理测试缺陷修复流程。 要求: a.工程/IT专业大学学历(如计算机科学)或同等工作经验 b.至少5年汽车行业(含供应商)工作经验 c.具备联网汽车服务协调/开发/测试的综合能力,有灰色服务开发测试经验者优先 d.大众集团或其供应商工作经历 e.项目管理知识(时间管理/规划/监控) f.在所有相关电子工程学科领域具备广泛的理论与实践知识及扎实的技术理解 g. 具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力 h. 熟悉CAN总线、以太网及车载总线通信技术 i. 精通车辆电子控制单元(ECU)架构、CAN信号、CANoe仿真、以太网及MQTT协议 j. 具备后端集成与测试(API测试)的扎实专业知识 k. 必须具备优秀的英语商务沟通能力(书面及口语) l. 掌握德语者优先
