Responsibility
Lead the development of low voltage (<1000VAC) power="" modules="" (include="" AC="" DC,="" DC="" AC,="" or="" AC)="" perform="" iterative="" product="" development.-="" Lead="" the="" analysis="" activities="" in="" performance="" of="" existing="" low="" voltage="" modules,="" identifies="" areas="" for="" improvement="" and="" alternative="" solutions.- Lead the design activities in new and improved low voltage power modules, especially main circuit design, loss calculation, simulation.
- Performe tests on low voltage power modules and whole low voltage system (functional test, type tests, reliability tests…), analyze test results, propose improvement proposals and further improvement.
- Components qualification for existing power modules and corresponding cabinet for the pre-defined application.
- Support internal and external customers on technical challenges.
- Take part in electrical design for low voltage power module and corresponding application system, especially for main circuit design, component dimensioning, circuit diagram, BoM and etc.
- Work as a friendly and proactive member in R&D organization.
Requirements

  • Master or Ph.D degree from Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related area, have agile development environment working experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience on low voltage power modules or similar products development that use power electronics components, extensive experience on system design.
  • Experience with the main circuit design related to LV drives, DC grid, wind converter, solar inverter, energy storage system is a big plus, while PCBA level DC/DC is not the target experience.
  • Knowledge on testing and certification related work in low voltage power module, related actual experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge on reliability design related work in LV power electronics related products, actual experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with testing and corresponding testing instruments.
  • Fluent in English, positive attitude and a team player.
