Job Description
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research on new technologies in the field of electronic polymers, low dielectric organics, electronic packaging materials, battery materials, etc.
  • Participate in customer engagements to understand and analyze market trends and needs, initiate new ideas to support the growth opportunities. Execute the proof-of-concept plans to verify technical feasibility.
  • Identify and evaluate novel materials, processing techniques, and technologies for future applications. Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, external material suppliers, research institutions /universities, and industry experts.
  • Design and conduct lab experiments to formulate new products. Lead the necessary internal and external communications to build technology platform for new product exploration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials into product development.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree or above, 8+ years of working experience in fluorine polymers, epoxy resin, battery materials, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of material properties, selection, and engineering applications.
  • Innovative in problem solving, open minded and quick learning. Enthusiastic for complex technical challenges.
  • Systematic planning, execution and experimental skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. Fluent oral and written English as working language.
