该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary Manufacturing process planning, implementation and improvements Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define manufacturing processes and investment plan for machines, based on production volume forecast
  • Triger and participate machine purchasing orders or service orders
  • Support Pre- / final acceptance and ramp up of new machines and equipment o Setup quality documents (FMEA, CP, Work instructions…) according to policy, regulations, and procedures o Ensure Bosch Production System (BPS) concepts implementation in planning phase o Implement quality tools in workshop (SPC, POKA YOKE, PDCA, QAM…) o Create and collect machine and process release documents, coordinate other related departments/ plants
  • Lead problem solving process in responsible topics
  • Evaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, tools, and necessary materials to meet the production plan
  • Lead or participate in cost reduction, quality improvements and customer satisfaction projects
  • Implement appropriate quality tools to follow quality procedures and to ensure product quality
  • Follow all plant EHS regulations and procedures
  • Support maintenance department for spare parts planning
  • Define wear off parts stock and ensure the availability together with purchasing department
  • Prepare all planning issues for audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit
  • Additional tasks from (senior) manager

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience years of experience in planning or manufacturing for high volume products

  • Operation skill in computer and MS office software
  • Good English and/or German communication skill
  • Data analysis skill as a plus
