About The Role:
We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead and scale our House of Party brand, a cornerstone of Petra's Party & Craft category, on the Amazon marketplace. This role focuses on driving growth, optimizing brand presence, and developing strategies that bring joy, creativity, and inspiration to customers around the world.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across product development, marketing, and operations to launch trend-driven products, enhance brand visibility, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the fun and celebratory spirit of House of Party.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies for Petra's Party & Craft brands on Amazon.
- Oversee day-to-day brand operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development and creative teams to launch innovative and trend-driven party & craft products.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and seasonal event strategies to drive visibility and conversion.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve profitability.
- Conduct competitive analysis to monitor trends, pricing, and positioning in the Party & Craft category.
- Ensure all product listings and brand content adhere to Amazon's best practices and guidelines.
- Work with Amazon support teams to resolve operational or compliance issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with Amazon's evolving tools, algorithms, and policy changes to maintain brand competitiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, e-commerce, or digital marketing — preferably within Amazon or CPG.
- Strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace, product optimization, and advertising tools (PPC, DSP, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for party supplies, crafts, and consumer experiences.
