Rich experience of household appliance or floor care product project management.
Knowledge of plastic part design & basic concept of tooling structure and molding process.
Understanding for regulation standards such as UL, IEC and chemical requirement-ROHS, REACH, etc.
Familiar with MS office tools, with good commend for software Word / Excel / MS Project.
Rich project management concept & skills.
Good communication skill and know how to work with suppliers and internal departments to get required output.
Good analytical skills, quick learning ability, good team spirit, target-oriented working style.
Professional and positive attitude, self-motivated, well organized, diligent.
Fluent English in writing and speaking for communication.
PMP Certification would be an advantage. Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
5+ years' experience in small electrical appliance or floorcare products project management.
3+ years' experience in factory Engineering department, working from Concept to production and VA/VE will be a plus.
University Degree in a subject relevant to the position is preferable—Engineering, mechanical design etc.
Proactive, hardworking, self-motivation.
Can work under pressure and different time zone.
Can work independently with limited supervision. Travel Requirements:
International traveling per project need.
