Roles And Responsibilities
Leadership:
Guide a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians to meet SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) performance targets.

Operations Management:
Plan, schedule, and execute the fulfillment of production job orders.

Efficiency Monitoring:
Assess labor utilization and efficiency, reporting gaps and implementing corrective actions.

Process Improvement:
Drive improvements in cycle/lead time and implement cost control/reduction strategies.

Problem Solving:
Lead deep dive and root cause analyses to identify operational gaps and recommend continuous improvement measures.

Talent Development:
Mentor and develop future leaders within the team.

Standard Work Compliance:
Ensure adherence to escalation process standard work and engage teams in 5 Whys Problem Solving Activities.

Qualifications/Requirements
A bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aviation, or Industrial encouraged).

Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a related industry.

Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.

Proficient in computer skills, including web-based systems and Microsoft Office.

Desired Characteristics
Highly motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Customer-facing experience is an added advantage.

Ability to manage work pressure effectively.

Demonstrated flexibility and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills and project management experience.
