RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembly and commissioning of X-ray fluorescence spectrometers.
- Assemble components of X-ray spectrometers (such as X-ray tubes, detectors, analyzing crystals, etc.) in accordance with process standards, and conduct functional testing and calibration.
- Participate in the trial production of new products, record abnormal issues during the assembly process and provide feedback for improvement.
- Equipment maintenance and safe operation
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment status (e.g., cable connections, heat dissipation systems) to ensure trouble-free operation.
- Comply with radiation protection regulations, wear personal dosimeters, and avoid direct exposure of the human body to X-rays during operation.
- Technical support and document management
- Assist engineers in instrument upgrading or maintenance, and provide on-site assembly technical support.
- Organize assembly records and test reports to meet quality management requirements.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED OF THE JOB HOLDER:
- Technical secondary school education or above, with priority given to majors such as Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Age requirement: 20-35 years old, no restriction on gender.
- Proficiency in reading electrical drawings and familiarity with electrical wiring installation.
- Knowledge of non-standard electrical components.
- Experience in assembly and commissioning of non-standard automated equipment.
- Willingness to work overtime and accept short-term business trips.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
- Experience as an assembler, with 2 years of relevant mechanical assembly work experience and familiarity with assembly tools.
- Familiarity with product assembly processes and proficiency in operating various assembly equipment.
- Responsible for the assembly of spectroscopic instrument products and capable of completing various production tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed;
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly and basic circuit knowledge, with priority given to candidates with experience in precision instrument assembly.
