GN Group has established three legal entities in Xiamen: GN Audio (China) Ltd, GN Resound China Ltd, GN Audio Logistics (Xiamen) Ltd. This recruitment is for positions at GN Resound China Ltd, which is in the Xiamen Torch High‑tech Zone — which serves as one of GN Group's key production bases for hearing aids within its global manufacturing network.

Your role as Engineering Trainee (管培生) in GN, Xiamen
The Engineering Trainee Program named Internship-to-Hire,
which is a flexible Internship-to-Hire Pathway that allows students to gain practical work experience through an internship in GN, with the potential to transition into a permanent position within GN organization upon successful completion.
During the internship, we aim to through 6–12 months of structured rotational training, assigned mentor support, and project work, help you gain a deep understanding of Engineering management in Hearing-aid Manufacturing. By integrating theory with practice, developing technical skills, a broad perspective, and strong teamwork abilities

Education/qualifications We accept candidates with:
• Master's degree in science subjects related to Mechanical, Electrical Engineering & Automation or Industrial engineering and Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management and so on
• Student who will be graduated in 2027
• Strong team player with collaborative skills
• Good at self-motivation and learning, Willing to learn new things
• English communication skills
• Determined and proactive in taking initiative and ownership
