What You'll Do / 工作职责
- Oversee and ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness of all product data within the PLM system (e.g. Centric PLM).
监督并确保PLM系统(如Centric PLM)中所有产品数据的准确性、一致性和完整性。
- Coordinate across Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising teams to maintain data readiness and workflow efficiency.
与产品开发、采购及商品团队跨部门协作,保持数据准备到位与流程高效。
- Supervise and mentor junior staff (e.g. PLM Data Entry Associates) to maintain strong data standards.
指导并培养初级员工(如PLM数据录入专员),确保数据标准和工作质量。
- Review, validate, and update BOMs, materials, and technical details ahead of product handover.
在产品交接前审核、验证并更新BOM、物料及技术资料。
- Support system optimization, data reporting, and automation initiatives.
协助系统优化、数据报表及自动化项目的执行。
What You'll Bring / 任职要求
- Bachelor's degree in
Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain
.
本科及以上学历,主修产品开发、时尚商品管理、工业工程或供应链等相关专业。
- 3–5 years
experience in PLM operations, merchandising coordination, or product development (footwear/fashion/FMCG preferred).
3–5年PLM运营、商品协调或产品开发经验(鞋履、时尚或快消行业优先)。
- Proficient in
PLM systems (Centric PLM preferred)
and
Excel
(Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
熟练使用PLM系统(优先考虑Centric PLM)及Excel(数据透视表、VLOOKUP、Power Query等)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of leading small teams.
注重细节、工作有条理,具备团队领导力。
- English proficiency required; Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
具备良好的英语沟通能力,会中文或印尼语者优先。
