该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description Of Construction Cost Supervisor Job Purpose
This position is mainly responsible for detailed works of construction cost supervision and report to Purchasing Manager. Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

  • Construction Cost Management:
  • Coordinate with project teams and external auditors for better communication and on-site control.
  • Involve in each strategic project starting from bidding process to project completion to eliminate potential risk.
  • Follow up issues found and control on-site changes.
  • Review audit reports and summarize risks found.
  • Follow up audit findings and recommendations.
  • Construction cost calculation for maintenance/operational projects.
  • Implement internal guidelines and procedures.
  • Review project payments and audit fees.
  • Manage and archive project/audit files.
  • Work on Project Management System:
  • Involve in PMS selection and process control/design work required in digital project.
  • Data import and execution management after PMS system is launched
  • Assist Purchasing Manager with any detailed work required. Qualifications:
  • At least bachelor graduate, Science & Engineering is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of working experience in Cost Consulting Company. Registered Cost Engineer (Installation Specialism) is preferred.
  • Proficient in English required.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • High integrity and ethics.
  • Team spirit and self-discipline.
  • Ability to travel.
