Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations, including job creation, preparation of standard forms, and issuing deposit invoices.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales, Operations, and Service teams.
- Create orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of payment applications.
- Issue invoices to clients upon job completion.
- Generate insightful operational reports.
- Liaise with internal and external parties.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and skills in form creation and data calculation are advantageous.
- Fluency in written English and proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong learning agility and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and resourcefully.
- Relevant experience is advantageous.
