该职位来源于猎聘 E-commerce Assistant Manager —— Amiri Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day follow up the order process of eCommerce and achieve budget target in line with service excellence standards.
  • Assist the line manager in sales target achievement, insuring smooth operation and e-marketing activities.
  • Daily communication with TP operation teams and marketplace contact window to follow up on action plans to achieve KPIs. (eg. Tmall, JD & etc)
  • Collaborate with internal cross function teams such as Digital Marketing, Finance and Logistics.
  • Product catalogue management and visual merchandising, ensuring brand's presence, exposure and conversion rate.
  • Regular competitors benchmark: market's trends, competitors' strategy, promotion and operation.
  • Support the reporting and reviews: analysis of key business metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rate, customers database, other CRM and marketing programs.
  • Communication and coordination with headquarters e-commerce department. Qualification:
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Bachelor degree, minimum 5 years experience handling China marketplace Ecommerce, Tmall experience is a must.
  • Familiar with eCommerce operation and e-marketing, capability on sales management
  • Good communications skills.
  • Strong Excel & Analytical skill and sensitivity to data.
  • Proactive attitude, willing to take challenge and detail-oriented.
  • Time management skill and work under pressure.
