We are looking for an Early Years Teacher for a daycare center based in Shanghai's Qingpu district. This position is avaiable with an immediate start.

Job responsibilities
Together with teaching assistant, support the children in their learning‐journey from Tuesday to Saturday During this time, you will:
- Co-lead an English-immersion classroom for infants and young toddlers, designing responsive, play-based activities that support attachment, sensory exploration, early language, and gross/fine motor development
- Provide warm, consistent caregiving routines (feeding, diapering, naps) with strict hygiene and safety practices
- Observe and document each child's development; track milestones and share clear updates with families
- Coach parents through brief workshops and daily check-ins on routines, early communication, and home play ideas
- Proactively support regulation and emerging behaviors using gentle, developmentally appropriate strategies
- Plan small community events, maintain accurate program records, and coordinate with nurses/counselors or early-intervention professionals when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in early childhood education or related field of study
- At least 2 years' related teaching experience
- Excellent English communicative skills
