Overview
Work closely with internal R&D team, field service team, and sales/legal/finance team to ensure successful deployment of PDF technology/solution at customer sites, especially new solutions/capabilities.
Understand deployment scope, schedule, and success criteria, and map into detailed execution plan including internal and external dependencies.
- Coordinate with internal and external team to ensure project is on schedule to achieve success.
Technical Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, either directly providing or obtaining from PDF internal team prompt and effective technical assistance for customers.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Customer Advocacy:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within the company.
- Proactively identify opportunities for customers to achieve their goals and objectives using our products/services.
Responsibilities
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineer, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge in semiconductor process and/or IC design. Have experience or taken courses in semiconductor process, and/or VLSI logic and/or analog/RF design.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. Familiarity with data processing and analysis tools.
- Python or other programming experience (Java, C#, C++, Ruby, Perl, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for finding innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Master's in electrical & Computer Engineering or Data Science;
- OR, Bachelor's in same area with related intern or working experience
Pay Range
CNY ¥300, CNY ¥450,000.00 /Yr.
