Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Integration Specialist to strengthen its team, full-time.
The Technical Integration Specialist will report to the Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integrations with business partners from start to finish, providing technical integration guidance, support, and certification of the integrations
- Become a focal point for technical issues and requests related to the implementation of Nayax API's
- Responsible for after-sales technical support of POS products and solving technical problems encountered by customers
- Set POS devices in batches according to customers' needs before delivery. Inspect and repair RMA devices
- Guide OEM customers to integrate POS SDK/API solution and conduct certification after integrating
- Understand the customers' needs and technical and operational constraints, and work with all stakeholders to ensure appropriate delivery.
Requirements
- 3 years of technical T1/T2 support/Integration support or QA, preferably in a related customer facing role.
- A bachelor's degree in computer, electronics, communication, automation
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and architecture (such as X86, ARM, etc.)
- Familiar with Windows, Linux, Android operating system, have a certain understanding of any programming language, such as C, C++, Java, C#, etc.
- Experience in SDK/API integration
- Experience working with ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite or and BI tools
- Experience in payment industry is a plus
- Have a good sense of customer service, good communication and coordination skills
- Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English in both written and verbal.
