Your opportunity The potential candidate will need to provide office administrative support.
How you will contribute Visitor reception and conferences coordination
- New employee induction arrangement / name card ordering
- Office stationary / office supplies ordering
- Employee benefits procurement
- Liaise with Corporate Facilities for office equipment repairing and maintenance
- Liaise with IT for computer and phone ordering and maintenance
- Holiday office electricity arrangement
- Admin payment settlement
- Events and travel arrangement
- Telephone extension list and seating plan update
- Contract management
- Office fixed assets inventory and update
- Express arrangement
- Annual meeting organization
- Office environment and cleaner management
- Streamline and enhance the effectiveness of office administrative procedures
- Assist the GM Office and HR
- Emergency arrangement and notification
- Other ad-hoc tasks Who you are
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3 years+ working experience in related background
- Good command in written and verbal English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Excel、PPT、Word
- Good learning and executive ability, with good communication skills
