该职位来源于猎聘 主要职责: l 开展区域实验室气体市场调研,支持公司实验室气体在华东区的战略发展; l 根据公司销售目标,完成个人和团队实验室气体业务新签指标; l 支持客户服务代表管理现有客户,并挖掘潜力,提高现有客户销售额; l 完善特气产品价格体系并不断优化; l 负责公司特气生产和运输的协调,确保客户满意度; l 支持和指导华东区各个SBU销售代表实验室气体的拓展; l 负责特气外购原料气或贸易气体供应链工作; l 负责实验室气体钢瓶资产采购预算编制; l 完成领导交办的其他工作。 录用条件: l 大学本科及以上学历; l 5年以上实验室气体销售经验,2年以上带团队经验。如有同行业产品经理或销售经理经验优先考虑 ; l 熟练运用办公软件; l 优秀的沟通技巧,有较高的忠诚度; l 具有基本的财务知识和数据分析能力; l 品质端正,能承受较大的工作压力。 **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct regional laboratory gas market research to support the strategic development of the company's laboratory gas business in East China.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for new laboratory gas business acquisitions based on the company's sales objectives.
  • Support customer service representatives in managing existing customers and exploring potential opportunities to increase sales from current accounts.
  • Improve and continuously optimize the specialty gas product pricing system.
  • Coordinate the company's specialty gas production and transportation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support and guide sales representatives from various SBUs in East China in expanding laboratory gas business.
  • Manage the supply chain for externally sourced raw gases or traded gases.
  • Prepare procurement budgets for laboratory gas cylinder assets.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
  • Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in laboratory gases, with at least 2 years of team management experience. Prior experience as a product manager or sales manager in the same industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using office software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of loyalty.
  • Basic financial knowledge and data analysis capabilities.
  • Upright character and ability to work under pressure.
