Serve as ARRK's local technical representative and project manager for ADAS & autonomous driving projects in China. Establishment and management of local customer relations Controlling and ensuring the strategic and business objectives are achieved
Corporate responsibility for your own business unit with responsibility for profitability Disciplinary and professional leadership of your team and development of your employees
Establishment and expansion of the existing team and active participation in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews
YOUR PROFILE Successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable degree
Sound professional experience in the automotive electronics industry (e.g. as a development / test engineer)
First leadership experience as a team, project or group / department manager
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
