Your Tasks

The purposes of this position are: (70%) Talent Acquisition Part:

  • Take the full ownership & accountability to identify and source quality candidates to meet business needs of the responsible business portfolio to enable the business strategy, which includes:

Understanding the resourcing needs and requirements

Suggesting suitable resourcing channels Sourcing and screening applications, conducting interviews and managing the necessary assessments

Identifying and recommendation suitable candidates

Partner with the business and manage relevant stakeholders throughout the process for the best sourcing decision and candidate experience

Continuously improve Talent Acquisition process/channels to meet company strategy

Talent Mapping for certain level position

(30%) Talent Acquisition Project Part

  • Developing ideas, channels to promote the Beiersdorf as an attractive employer in China
  • Build up long term relationship with undergraduates, placement offices and professors at universities
  • Play key role in Early Career Program, such as Campus Competition, Internship & Campus Hiring
  • Cooperate with cross-department and support company events Additional TA topic/project assigned by line manager.

Main KPI tracking: Hiring Lead Time, % of Direct Sourcing, % of Employee Referral, KPI based on Project Needs

Your Profile

Qualification
Bachelor's degree or above, 4-7 years HR related working experienc

2-3 years of experience within recruitment, preferably within a professional multi-national corporate environment

Ability to work independently to lead & manage the end-to-end recruiting to enable the business strategy

Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese  Good problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, positive attitud
