  • Search (20%) Execute a portfolio of Search activities;
  • Develop Search Strategies using a mix of different channels (e.g. Ads, Referrals, Alumni, Campaigns).
  • Conduct applicant research to develop a pool of potential candidates.
  • Periodically assess the skills market to keep abreast of recent trends.
  • Coordinate the promotion of RGP at local industry roadshows, networking events and conferences.
  • Screen/Evaluate (30%) Execute Screen/Evaluate activities;
  • Identify viable candidates who meet the minimum criteria (e.g. confirm qualifications, language).
  • Perform initial candidate screening (e.g. check relevant experience).
  • Ensure screened candidates are loaded into SCOOP.
  • Coordinate and conduct first round of interviews and short-list candidates for second interview.
  • Coordinate and conduct second round of interviews including confirmation of project preferences.
  • Qualify (30%) Execute Qualify activities;
  • Collect the agreed references for successful candidates.
  • Negotiate Consultant rates and agree other terms and conditions.
  • Develop generic RGP Consultant profile and load into Scoop.
  • Applicant Pipeline Management (20%)
  • Manage a pipeline of pre-hire Applicants pending matching with Projects. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in a recruitment environment – developing plans, setting priorities, meeting targets and performance KPIs
  • Experience using a broad range of sourcing techniques, including data mining, advertising, direct research, social media, etc.
  • Strong understanding of current trends affecting the professional services industry.
  • Minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of recruiting or Headhunting/HR Agency experience preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Good oral English is a must.
