该职位来源于猎聘 职位介绍 岗位职责: 1. 积极发展客户,达成销售任务; Develop customer and to achieve the sales target; 2. 积极跟踪订单,确保良好的回款周期; Actively follow up order to secure the payback cycle in a good situation; 3. 积极学习图尔克产品知识; Actively to learn Turck product knowledge 4. 积极培训和辅导同事,协助上级共同提高团队的销售技能和增强产品知识。 Actively train and coach colleagues and support superior to improve sales skills and product knowledge of sales teams. 5. 与客户保持紧密的联系以及良好的沟通; Keep close relationship with customer and have a good communication 6. 与公司的产品管理、售后服务、工程、财务等部门保持良好的信息沟通与分享; Good cooperation with product management, after sales service, engineering and finance department 7. 与部门同事、主管及时反馈、分享与市场、行业、竞争对手等相关的业内信息; Feedback and sharing information of market, industry and competitor and so on 8. 按照公司要求提交相应工作报告; According to company requirement to provide work report 9. 耐心解答客户提出的产品相关问题,并提供优质的服务; Answer costumer's question in a patient attitude and provide good service 10. 遵守公司规章制度。 Observes and obeys the regulations and rules of the company 任职要求: 1. 学历要求 Education Requirement 本科及以上学历,机电一体化、计算机相关专业 Education: College or above degree, major in Mechatronics or computer 2. 工作背景要求 Work Background Requirement (1) 在汽车、冶金等相关行业有一定的销售经验以及良好的销售业绩; In Auto, metallurgy or related industry has a certain sales experience and good sales performance; (2) 具有整车及零部件厂商的相关资源且业绩优良。 Have customer resource in vehicle and accessory parts industry and reach excellent performance 年以上销售工作经验,并在工作地点具有一定的客户资源。 Over 8 years sales working experience and have customer resources in working area. 3. 技能要求 Skill Requirement (1) 语言:普通话流利,具有良好的沟通能力 Language: fluent in Mandarin Chinese and excellent in communication (2) 良好的计算机办公软件应用能力 Proficient with MS Office Operation (3) 具备良好的洞察力及应变能力 Great perception and good ability of dealing with emergency
