An international architectural studio has engaged Aurex group to recommend an experienced Architect to join their creative Shanghai studio. With an extensive catalogue of award winning projects, our client is expanding due to demand and is searching for a new colleague that can add a new layer of design flair to the team.
To be considered for the post, you will have been involved in the front end design process on large scale mixed-use Architectural projects in Asia. You will have been educated and built your design foundation in an international setting, familiar with latest design trends and technologies. In your experience, you will have held a position of leadership, guiding small teams to solve complex design challenges from the front line.
Requirements:
To be considered for a role, you must hold the following:
- A minimum of 8 years post qualified design experience.
- A design portfolio showcasing your concept and work in design development of the projects you have been involved in.
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate with clients, seniors and peers equally.
- You will have successfully delivered large scale mixed use projects.
- You will have worked internationally at a stage in your career.
