Your role
We're looking for someone who
- Understand wealth management business and handle account management and OTC fund administration process
- Understand and comply with regulation and internal procedures
- Escalate and identify exceptions to mitigate operational risk
- Be client focused and manage queries from both external and internal clients
- Take initiatives to raise system enhancement requirements or automation ideas
- Get involved in business initiatives and projects, assist manager to develop effective control standards and operational processes/flows
Your team
You'll be working in UBSS Ops WMAgency Team. We are responsible for WM Client Account Management, OTC fund administration. We provide support for new business initiatives and system enhancement project. We manage queries from both external and internal clients
Your expertise
You have/are:
- Bachelor Degree and above
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Better to have 2 years working experience in security or financial institution, familiar with security account management and OTC fund in particular
- Good sense of operational risk control
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, self-driven and responsible
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
- Good communication skills to ensure effective cooperation with internal/external clients and team members
