- KEY RESPONSIBILITY 主要职责: The job contributes HOYA China success by lead a team of planners in the development of supply plans and managing national product inventories to meet strategic business objectives and profitability goals of multiple customers groups. Models and acts in accordance with HOYA guiding principles.
- MAJOR SCOPE OF DUTIES 主要职责范围: Planning and Execution:
- Defines key tactics and creates synergies throughout company businesses to ensure the most effective and efficient use of inventory investment in supply chain.
- Develops planning team tactics, goals, KPIs and completed on time and under budget.
- Plans and manages S&OP with cross-functional team. Business operations:
- Develop, maintain and analyses forecasting, planning and inventory management metrics. Recommends cost saving opportunities and plan to best utilize inventory investment.
- Champions ideas and opportunities for cost reduction, service level improvement and review actions by a cross-functional group of stakeholders.
- Develops and enhances S&OP, forecasting/planning processes and procedures. Make continuous improvements in cost, lead time, inventory strategy and service level to customers.
- Oversee implementation, optimization, and utilization of automated planning & ERP systems.
Partner Development
- Challenges and inspires partners to achieve business results.
- Conducts and ensures the completion of performance reviews.
- Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求:
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English.
- S&OP, demand planning in manufacturing or supply planning and supplier management 5 years.
- Proficient in ERP, experience of ERP system go live preferred.
- Working knowledge of all facets of the planning function (S&OP, new product development planning, demand planning, supply planning, replenishment planning, manufacturing etc.
- Lens, contact lens and Ortho-K industry background preferred.
- People management 3 years
