We are in search of an innovative and analytical Global Compensation Senior Manager to join our global People Team. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, this dynamic individual will lead the design, development, and implementation of our global compensation and benefits strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure our programs are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with our mission to attract exceptional talent, promote development, enhance job satisfaction, and ensure a harmonious work-life balance. Responsibilities: Devise and oversee the global compensation and benefits strategy congruent with the company's strategic objectives and growth plans. Standardize and align compensation frameworks and policies across all geographic locations to ensure internal and external equity. Lead the execution and management of compensation survey participation and market analysis to inform company strategies. Collaborate with in-country HR teams to develop, test, and implement benefits initiatives, guidelines, and tools to ensure effective local implementation. Design comprehensive salary bands and overall compensation plans that maintain competitive positioning in the global market. Continuously evaluate and refine the current compensation & benefits programs, designing improvements in alignment with organizational objectives. Undertake special projects and responsibilities as delegated by senior management.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline. At least 10 years of robust experience in compensation & benefits management on a global platform. Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in integral situations concerning compensations structures. Superior analytical acumen, comfortable handling and interpreting complex datasets. Expertise in the capabilities and negotiation needed to handle diverse stakeholder groups. Preferably experience with utilizing HR Information Systems and specialized compensation software. Excellent mastery of English with clear, articulate verbal and written communication proficiency.
