What You'll Do
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale ML models in recommendation, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
- Build end-to-end pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment in production
- Optimize systems for low latency, scalability, and high throughput
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to turn business problems into ML solutions
- Run A/B tests and experiments to validate models and continuously improve them
- Research and implement state-of-the-art ML methods (transformers, GNNs, diffusion models, RL)
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer (experience at companies like ByteDance, TikTok, Meta, Google, or similar is a plus)
- Strong programming in Python, C++ or Java with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Hands-on experience with recommendation systems, ads ranking, NLP, or computer vision
- Familiarity with large-scale distributed training and data platforms (Spark, Flink, Ray, Kafka)
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (optimization, deep learning, probabilistic models)
- Experience deploying ML in production environments with measurable business impact
