In This Role You'll Make An Impact By
- Be responsible of PLC, PI and PCS (process control system) to assure a high level of reliability, troubleshooting and optimization.
- Be involved and support on projects as UM/member with regards to reviews and handover.
- Be local representative in Novonesis global automation network and involve in NVS automation technical development.
- Implementing and developing IT/OT solutions that run and secure our production processes and support digital transformation and cyber security initiatives.
- Develop tools/proposals for TEDA operation automation improvement.
- Work with team to support tasks related to automation for both TEDA and Taicang maintenance.
- Be compliance with QES requirements, and global and local standards for PLC, PI and PCS.
To Succeed You Must Hold
- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation Engineering or Computer Science with a minimum of 3-5 years related automation background with PLC or/and PI knowledge and experiences.
- Familiarity with PLC, Microsoft windows7 operating systems, VMware and network communications will be preferred
- Familiarity with Operating systems, databases, network and firewalls
- Be fluent in Chinese and English in both verbal and written.
- Self-driven and strong learning skills.
- Good leadership and independent project management skills, clear thinking, able to effectively arrange various tasks.
- Be good at communication ability and coordination skills both locally and globally.
