Job Summary
Strategy

  • According to the bank's strategy, establish a digital product sales channel, including but not limited to online manual, SMS outreach, and online trading platforms.
  • Launch products which is suitable for online platforms, including but not limited to public funds and WMP.
  • Design promotional copy for the product, marketing materials, and sales script for product promotion.
  • Establish and implement the effective product features and benefits to grow NNS, AUM and customer base and revenue opportunity
  • Keep improving and sustaining Customer Satisfaction at world class level
  • Live the SCB Value
  • Ensure Compliance discipline within all plans and execution process.
  • To comply with their respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances

Business

  • By establishing digital sales channels and business models to increase business revenue, NNS, AUM growth and customer base growth.
  • Identify and onboard suitable product for digital sales channels, including but not limited CMF and WMP.
  • Understand markets trends and discover suitable products to expand product lines and meet various customer needs in digital sales channels.
  • Prepare product marketing plan and material for business driven.
  • Improve sales process and relevant digital tools, ensure smooth client journey and good customer experience.
  • Design the sales scorecard to ensure the effective of digital sales model.
  • Drive sales personnel from various channels to participate in investment product business by providing training

Key Responsibilities
Processes

  • Re-engineer product operation working flow
  • Develop, renew and obtain approval for responsible Product Programmes
  • Establish new Product Process and procedures have it documented in the Procedural Manual
  • Guide the development and implementation of the Product System
  • Ensure that product specifications and processes are built in compliance with Regulatory and Group compliance
  • To conduct product training to internal sales staff.
  • To work with the Marketing team to develop and re-define product marketing

  • Properly perform the duties on management and ensure the effectiveness of internal control.
  • Be responsible for regulatory failure or risks arising from or in connection of the event over which the employee has the duties of management and /or leadership.
  • Be responsible for significant losses due to failure of effectiveness of internal control.

Governance

  • Ensure the working quality and conduct with compliance.
  • Familiar and follow up the local regulator's policy and requirement, and ensure the MF sales activity and product development should meet the internal and external requirements.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
