Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Design & Release work of Automotive Cockpit Domain DSP Audio Controllers, including: requirement definition, cost management, hardware design, etc.
  • Develop software release plans to align with vehicle development requirements, and track sample delivery during the R&D phase.
  • Define the strategy and plan for functional, performance, and stability testing of DSP and Audio systems.
  • Design and execute automotive bench testing to simulate the real cockpit environment and perform end-to-end multimedia link verification.
  • Collaborate with peripheral modules such as Speaker, IVI, and Instrument Cluster to troubleshoot and resolve Audio functional issues and systemic issues (e.g., lag, noise), and generate test reports.
  • Provide product and technical suggestions for DSP product planning, and assist Audio Product Engineers in analyzing and defining corresponding requirement solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in R&D, testing, or project management for mobile/automotive Audio.
  • Familiar with mainstream DSP audio products, including hardware selection and audio architecture. Understand EQ/ANC/ECNR/Loopback solutions/algorithms, etc.
  • Possess chip/module level testing experience, able to read and understand schematics, and familiar with common automotive peripherals (e.g., IVI, IPC, Speaker, MIC).
  • Proficient in the entire process of bench testing, able to independently set up the test environment, perform data acquisition, log analysis, and report generation.
  • Familiar with mainstream DSP Audio / Speaker suppliers in the industry. Experience with relevant product mass production is a plus.
  • Experience related to DSP audio algorithm processing technology is a plus.
  • Proficient in English reading and writing, applicable to daily work. Fluent spoken English is a plus.
