In this role, you will shape Espressif's future by partnering with leaders across the organization, driving our HR strategies, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the talent needed to excel in the competitive semiconductor and IoT industries.

Major Responsibilities

Stage 1: Foundational Training

During the initial phase, you will work in one or more of the following HR functions based on your interests, capabilities, and company needs:

Global Talent Acquisition

  • Recruit top talent globally to drive innovation at Espressif.
  • Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Organize creative initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Employee Relations

  • Build close relationships with employees to understand and address their concerns.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, relocation, and labor relations.
  • Handle labor disputes, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain employee data.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation improvement programs in line with local regulations.
  • Analyze and report on human capital costs to guide management decisions.

Stage 2: Specialization or Generalization

After gaining foundational experience, you will choose to specialize in a specific HR function or take on a generalist role. Your responsibilities will evolve to include strategic projects such as:

  • Designing and aligning HR policies across global offices.
  • Conducting labor market and industry compensation research.
  • Driving organizational development and talent strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (top academic performance preferred).
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin; willingness to travel.
  • Strong people-judgment skills and a people-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
