Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a high-impact direct e-commerce strategy to grow revenue via the WeChat Mini-programme and other booking platforms.
  • Drive sales through digital tools and platforms such as WeCom, Douyin, and RED to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage the regional e-commerce budget, ensuring strong return on investment and performance against targets.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing, sales, and hotel teams to align commercial strategies.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimise channel performance.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and consumer behaviours in Mainland China to seize growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or revenue management, ideally in hospitality or travel.
  • Deep knowledge of China's digital ecosystem (e.g., WeChat, WeCom, Douyin, RED).
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Business English proficiency required; Cantonese is an advantage.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Shenzhen, with regular travel to our Hong Kong Head Office.
