POSITION SUMMARY
- This role will be part of Learning and Development GCSEA team, mainly responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of the Learning and Development programs
- Will perform a wide variety of project support and coordination tasks to support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Learning and Development projects in GCSEA
- This will be done under the guidance of direct supervisor and in collaboration with other members of the Learning and Development team, HR Business Partners Must Have:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field, or with a desire to build a career in Learning and Development
- Fluency in English verbal and written communication skills
- Have a good learning ability and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Good at Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, Forms etc.
