- Bachelor's degree. Major in HVAC or Electrical engineering. 本科以上学历,暖通或电气管理专业。
- 10+ years experiences in project management for industrial or logistics projects 10年以上工业或物流地产项目的项目管理经验
- Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation 熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 优秀的组织能力并关注细节
- Has on-site experience 有现场工作经验
- Be able to multitask and manage priorities 具有分清轻重缓急处理多项事务的能力
- Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need 能够前瞻性地发现工作需要
- Be able to adopt change according to company business plan 能适应公司业务发展计划带来的变化
