Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain deep relationships with key accounts, conducting regular face-to-face communications to understand customer needs, market changes, and industry trends, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create and maintain a contact matrix in customer management to ensure effective communication at all levels of the client organization, facilitating information flow and collaboration, and enhancing the depth and breadth of customer relationships.
- Analyze customer business needs and develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals and business growth.
- Identify and develop potential growth opportunities for key accounts, promote the sales of new products and solutions, actively participate in the client's business development, and help clients achieve their objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as marketing, product development, technical services, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution and timely fulfillment of customer needs, coordinating resources to resolve customer issues.
- Regularly analyze customer sales data and market trends, providing business insights and improvement suggestions, and reporting customer status and business development to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in materials science, polymer science, or chemical engineering.
- Over 5 years of experience in key account sales management in the consumer goods industry (such as sports equipment, wearable products, etc.), with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing culture.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence, capable of building trust and strong customer relationships.
- Clear thinking ability to effectively analyze and solve customer problems, facilitating customer purchasing decisions.
- Ability to balance customer innovation requirements with internal resource coordination, ensuring smooth alignment of both parties' needs.
- Outgoing, open-minded, self-driven, able to work independently, with strong stress resilience and excellent execution capabilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel with around 50% of the time.
