Job Summary
As a part of Global CLP family and reporting in dotted line to CLP Corporate Sales and Marketing team which is based in Montreux, you will take ownership of all Sales and Marketing initiatives in our Longevity Hub.
Your main mission is to recruit new members and retain existing ones by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Acquisition
- Go beyond targeted sales according to Hub strategies by focusing on acquiring new Members for our invitation-only Longevity Hub.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local luxury, health, and wellness networks, as well B2B partners.
- Collect and analyze market data to drive growth and build customer loyalty.
- Track and report membership and sales results.
Marketing & Events
- Design, create, and organize high-end events to build a sense of exclusivity and belonging, driving conversion and retention.
- Develop marketing strategy and plans for PR, Digital, Communications, and demand generation in line with corporate guidelines.
- Ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels (emails, campaigns, webpages, promotional materials).
- Manage production of marketing collaterals and oversee agencies for content creation (photos, videos, campaigns).
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to strengthen CLP positioning.
Local Digital & Social Media
- Lead and execute local social media strategy with a strong emphasis on WeChat and other relevant Chinese platforms.
- Create and manage engaging content to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Ensure marketing and sales activities are connected through CRM and digital tools.
Brand & Partnerships
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organization and representing the Longevity Hub at luxury, wellness, and lifestyle events.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships to increase visibility and credibility in the Beijing market.
Operations & Reporting
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget for the department.
- Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain excellent customer experience through regular follow-ups and training for the team and partners.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Training or experience in Hospitality, Cosmetics, or Pharmacy is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and the luxury business, with management responsibilities.
- Proven success in membership acquisition and event-driven marketing.
- Strong expertise in WeChat and the local Chinese social media ecosystem.
- Excellent network in the luxury and hospitality industries and among high-end B2C partners.
- Excellent communication skills and confirmed experience in "value selling."
- Drive, passion, and commitment to achieving personal and company goals.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with autonomy.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
