Role & Responsibilities:
The EC Manager of Commercial platform (Timberland, China) is responsible for the overall EC business of flagship store in JD/VIP.Co- work with team and cross function to drive EC business and negotiate with the platform to secure the key support and drive stable growth, extend market share. This role requires a proven track record in people management, as well as efficiency tracking /KPI analysis, and provide regular EC ROI insights and actions for JD and VIP.
He/she will be responsible for an integrated team and required to collaborate closely with cross function to drive integrated marketing impact at brand and sales levels.
Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) :
- Based on E-commerce team sales target, make online strategic sales plan, annual business plan
- Closely work with e-marketing / product persons, establish solid sales plan base on deep understanding of brand marketing plan and platform key calendar that can keep a tight monitor on event execution, output evaluation, and operation elevation.
- Accurate sales analysis and report to keep sustainable tracking of business health.
- Be mainly responsible for the development and execution of the business strategy and operation plan to better handle the platform of JD/VIP, maximum brand resource to get win win result.
- Managing the daily operation of flagship store and be responsible monitoring for resource allocations in all areas including sales, operation, and analysis
- Work with team members to establish right assortments of the operation plan that best fit channel.
- Better manage the budget and deliver the solid ROI for better sales performance.
Key Result Areas:
- Sales achievement in line with overall EC trends/performance
- Good management of commercial platform operation to deliver a healthy sales growth rather than pure promotion driven.
- Analyze business and sales data to produce reports on a quarterly, monthly, or weekly basis.
Major Challenge:
1.Balance the positioning of promotion and daily sales. (currently there is more relying on the promotion supported by the platform resource)
2.Too much rely on commercial assortment, inline/outdoor products still need to drive more opportunities.
- Less brand resource exposure to drive awareness.
