Key Responsibilities
Smart Manufacturing & Automation System Integration
Drive end-to-end digitalization and automation initiatives within production systems, covering robotics, machine vision (CV), and data connectivity.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and production teams to integrate AI/ML-driven solutions for predictive maintenance, quality control, and process optimization.
Build and maintain automated monitoring systems and dashboards using Python, SQL, and visualization tools to enhance operational transparency.
AI, Machine Learning & Data Intelligence
Explore and deploy AI/ML algorithms to improve production efficiency, defect detection, energy management, and workforce augmentation.
- Design and implement data collection pipelines, model training, and performance evaluation frameworks.
Support experimentation with LLMs, AI agents, and digital twin technologies for manufacturing process optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the technical bridge across departments (IT, Process, Engineering, Production, Quality) to ensure technology adoption in real operations.
- Lead or support CFT projects related to digital transformation, automation, and advanced analytics.
Provide structured reports, documentation, and insights to the Chairman's Office for project tracking and decision-making.
Data Platform Development & Governance
Contribute to the design of enterprise-level data platforms and ensure high data accuracy, availability, and interoperability across systems.
- Support the standardization of data interfaces, protocols, and access governance.
- Promote best practices for data-driven decision-making across teams.
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, AI, or a related STEM discipline.
- 10 years+ of experience in digital transformation, industrial automation, or AI/ML engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or industrial connectivity protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), computer vision, or robotics systems.
- Strong cross-functional communication and project coordination skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in smart factory deployment, MES integration, or manufacturing system analytics.
- Exposure to LLM applications, prompt engineering, or intelligent automation tools (e.g., RPA, AI agents).
- Understanding of OT/IT convergence and industrial data architecture.
