- Employee Relations Management Espressif's workforce comes from approximately 30 countries and regions. You will engage deeply with employees, listening to their voices, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and establishing effective communication mechanisms to enhance organizational cohesion and employee belonging. Specific responsibilities include comprehensive management of labor relations throughout the employee lifecycle (including onboarding, support for foreign employees, and cultural integration) and planning and implementing employee satisfaction improvement projects.
