该职位来源于猎聘 1. 负责从样品到量产整个生产过程的产品质量控制,寻求通过测试、控制及改进流程以提升产品质量;包括主导产品保证计划,控制计划,MSA,过程能力分析(CPK, PPK…),并主导及提交PPAP Take charge of the whole quality control process from sample build to mass production, through testing and process control to improve product quality. Include product insurance plan, inspection Plan, MSA, Process Capability Analysis (CPK, PPK…); Prepare Quality documents to for APQP phase and submit PPAP to customer;
- 质量体系的建立,执行及改进。确保文件适宜和可执行性。
Quality system establish, ensure rightly implementation, ensure the appropriateness and executable of documents 3. 负责解决产品生产过程中所出现的质量问题,处理品质异常及品质改善; Responsible for solving the quality problems in the production process, handling the abnormal quality and quality improvement;;
- 负责处理顾客抱怨及主导客户审厂审核,包括审核前、中、后相关准备工作; Handling Customer complaints and conduct customer audit, Including pre-audit, mid-audit and post-audit preparations, follow improvement actions and reply to customer. 5. 具备数据收集和分析的能力 Have capability for data selection and analysis. 6. 对于品质异常的处理,执行快速反应和问题上升原则,给出快速围堵政策,并推进最终改善。 Follow fast response and escalation rules for non-compliance, and drive for containment actions until issue close. 7. 辅导技术员和QC 对于品质异常单的输出质量,确保纠正及改善有效。 Coaching both technician and QC for NC report quality which make sure corrective and prevention action efficiency. 8. 上级领导安排的其他任务。

任职资格要求/ Job Requirement: 1﹑大专以上学历,有5年以上电子工厂品质控制经验,有NPI品质管理或变压器相关经验优先 College graduated or above,5 or above of experiences at quality control at electronics manufacturing site, transformer manufacturing experience or management of NPI is preferred 2﹑熟悉8D手法,有产品先期品质策划相关方面的经验更佳;
Be familiar with 8D methods and preferably having the knowledge of advanced quality plan at NPI stage, 3﹑熟悉APQP和FMEA/MSA/CP工具并能熟练运用。熟悉IATF16949体系更佳; Be familiar with APQP and FMEAFMEA/MSA/CP tools, and knowledge on the system of TS16949 will be preferable,
4﹑有客户投诉处理及客户审厂之相关经验,
Have experiences of customer complaint handling and customer audit, 5﹑具备独立主导品质问题的处理能力; Ability to conduct quality issues independently, 6、英文CET-4, 听说读写流利优先。
CET-4 or above,fluent in reading and writing.
