We are looking for Revenue Manager&Director of Customer Sales, we rely on you to:
- Handle room reservations, offer up - to - date room availability.
- Track no - show guests and group cancellations.
- Adjust and forecast reservations.
- Analyze, control, and forecast hotel revenue.
- Analyze sales data, provide suggestions.
- Forecast room revenue accurately for strategy optimization.
- Organize revenue management meetings.
- Aid in implementing revenue management systems.
- Assist in pricing system development and optimization.
- Monitor competitors, analyze demand, suggest price changes.
- Manage the reservation department.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- College degree or higher, 2 + years in a similar role.
- Skilled in phone sales for high reservation rates.
- Good negotiation skills to meet sales goals.
- Capable of supervising and training reservation staff.
- 2 + years revenue management experience in comparable hotels.
- Proficient in revenue and data analysis, with data tools.
- Able to gather and analyze market info.
- Basic English proficiency.
