Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Tracking and Progress Updates:
- Assist with the implementation of production operations projects, including equipment upgrades, automated production line replacements, localization of new equipment and processes, cleanroom construction, and MES.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts and Excel spreadsheets) to update project status and ensure accurate and timely information.
- Compile and output weekly project progress reports, summarizing key milestones and potential risks.
- Internal and External Communication and Coordination:
- Serves as one of the contact points, communicating with external equipment suppliers and integrators to follow up on equipment delivery, technical integration, and on-site installation and commissioning.
- Assist in coordinating internal resources (e.g., production, equipment, procurement, and quality departments), arranging meetings and on-site coordination to ensure the necessary support for projects is in place.
- Record meeting minutes and track the implementation of meeting resolutions.
- Document Management and Data Organization:
- Responsible for the classification, archiving, and management of project-related technical documents, contracts, and communication records. b) Assist in collecting and organizing project data, such as equipment specifications and acceptance reports, to provide data support for project decision-making.
- On-site Support and Problem Feedback:
- Under the guidance of the project owner, visit the project site to understand equipment installation and production line operation.
- Promptly identify and document any issues encountered during project implementation and report them to the project owner.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time undergraduate student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field. Graduates from 2025 or 2026 are preferred.
- A strong interest in mechanical equipment, automated production lines, and industrial projects, with a desire to learn through practice.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with a willingness to interact with others.
- Proactive, meticulous, responsible, and possessing strong logical thinking and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience leading student unions, clubs, or project teams is preferred.
- Experience with factory visits, course design, or related internships is preferred.
- Basic CAD drawing skills are preferred.
- Proactive, quick learner, and able to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Ability to work under pressure to multitask and possess good time management skills.
