该职位来源于猎聘 1, To expand the BaxEnergy business in China and develop the related solution business, achieve the annual sales target required by the sales center. 2, Provide leadership, vision and strategic direction to the sales personel and coordinate with other sales segments and functions. 3, Business activities to key customers, negotiations and maintaining a smooth relationship with purchasing department of chains, product and brand listings, the annual price, quality, promotion and delivery terms negotiations. 4, Responsible for the market development, customer maintenance and sales management of the company's products; responsible for the promotion of system solutions in the industry focused by the company. 5, To manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site blue chip clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level or service delivery, whilst indentifying further new business opportunities. 6, Draw up and update account plan regularly keeping clear account strategy, deep competition analysis. 7, Reasonable control of sales expenses and resource allocation. Control and balance the sales budget and expense. 8, Organize and coordinate resources to complete business-related bidding, negotiation, signing, payment collection and after-sales etc. 9, Timely sales reporting. And regularly report sales work, submit weekly report, sales forecast, accounts receivable, contract negotiation, market consultation, etc. 任职要求: 1,Bachelor & Above, MBA is a plus. 2,Smart manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Instrumentation & automation, Process Automation, Software Engineering or Sales and Marketing related. 3, 8 years + sales experience, and prefer 5 years + Multinational companies working experiences. 4, Experienced Solution or Consulting Sales Account Manager in famous peer company like AVEVA, AspenTech, Emerson, Supcon, Honeywell etc. 5,Provable Track Record or Best Practice in Consulting and Solution Sales especially similar solutions like BaxEnergy. 6,Be familiar with sales, management and promotion of automation system, instrumentation, advanced software solutions.

7,Rich industry resources in power and renewable energy. 8,Familiar with industrial automation system equipments.

9,Know about industrial automation and advanced software solutions.

10,Be aware of competitors technologies. 11,Be fluent in English speaking and presentation. 12,Proficient in computer usage, skillfull in use of office, SAP, Oracle, Webex and so on. 13,Large project and key account management experience, and skilled in project coordination, negoation, and be capable of handle with issues independently. 14,Could developing customers independently, interactive with customer's C level, good at sales skill in industry solution/value selling. 15,Team player.
